Objective:
This training seeks to equip participants with in-depth knowledge of PSEA principles and effectively convey related concepts.
Scope of Work:
The training will be provided to staff from various departments and local NGOs. It is scheduled for one day in March 2024 at LD offices in Mhammara – Akkar.
Content and Methodology:
The trainer will cover PSEA definitions, six core principles, reporting mechanisms, staff obligations, policy overview, and distinctions between SEA and GBV. Methodologies will include case studies, role plays, and group discussions.
Trainer Qualifications:
The selected trainer must possess a deep understanding of PSEA and a background in protection mainstreaming. Familiarity with the SOP of investigators for the PSEA Network in Lebanon is crucial.
Deliverables:
The trainer is expected to provide comprehensive training materials, a detailed curriculum outline, participant manuals, assessment tools, and a training report. Administrative documents such as participant attendance records are also required.
