Call for Proposals for Data Collection - Prospective Education Program

Project Overview:

Anera Lebanon is seeking qualified agencies to submit proposals for a prospective education program aimed at collecting data and registering eligible students for the school year 2023-2024. The program involves activities in North Lebanon, South Lebanon, and Beirut, targeting a total of 16,800 students for data collection and 28,800 students for registration (see breakdown in attachment).

Scope of Work:

The assignment should be completed within 8-12 weeks, depending on the national schedule provided by the donor. 

1. Data Collection:

• Objective: Collect data for children in selected grades to determine their eligibility for the program (lists provided by Anera).
• Method: mostly remote data collection
• Tools: Assessment tool provided by Anera.
• Training: Enumerators will undergo training on the assessment tool provided by Anera.
• Enumerators: Estimated to require 30 enumerators

2. Registration:

• Objective: Register eligible students in the cash for education program.
• Method: In-person in specified public schools 
• Tools: Registration tool provided by Anera.
• Training: Enumerators will undergo training on the registration tool provided by Anera.
• Enumerators: Estimated to require 25 enumerators

Enumerators will be required to attend several training sessions on Gender, Gender Based Violence (GBV), and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) before the registration for the cash for education program is launched.
