INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization, an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, with a mission to equip youth with the skills and mindset they need to become entrepreneurs and business leaders stimulating their communities. It is also a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a regional network of 14 countries across the MENA region. INJAZ Lebanon delivers programs in partnership with the business sector focusing on entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.

Overview

INJAZ Lebanon is seeking an experienced and dynamic Choral Trainer to lead engaging workshops as part of a comprehensive choral training program. This initiative aims to empower young individuals aged between 17 and 28 by providing in-depth vocal training suitable for both beginners and those with prior knowledge. The Choral Trainer will play a role in fostering musical skills, enhancing vocal capabilities, and promoting a sense of teamwork and artistic expression among participants.

Objectives

The objective of the choral training is to empower young individuals aged between 17 and 28 by providing comprehensive vocal training suitable for both those with prior knowledge and beginners. The training aims to develop musical skills, enhance vocal capabilities, and instill a sense of teamwork and artistic expression through engaging workshops. The recently designated public park in Al Mina - North Lebanon will serve as the dedicated space for choral training, creating an optimal environment for participants to explore and develop their musical talents.

Scope of Work

Duration and Schedule:

• The training program will span 8 days.
• Each workshop day will consist of 1.5 hours, resulting in a total of 12 training hours.

The Choral Trainer is expected to cover a diverse curriculum, including:

• Vocal warm-ups and techniques for beginners and advanced participants.

• Harmony and choral singing fundamentals.

• Interpretation of musical pieces and expressive singing.

• Team-building activities and collaborative musical projects.

• Performance preparation and stage presence.
