Scope of Work/Assignment
The Career Counsellor will work under the project ‘‘My Career My Choice”, implemented by B&Z in partnership with SIF and funded by AFD. The objective of the project is to empower young women to take control over their career choices by providing skills and opportunities to increase their employability and support them in making informed life choices. Will be responsible for overall individual and group career counseling/job search coaching to beneficiaries to help them make informed career decisions; explore occupational choices; prepare for an effective job search and connect with part-time/full-time, internship, and employment opportunities. Career Counselors may also be involved in job development, marketing, and coordination of Career Services recruitment services such as online job listing services and career fairs, supporting in interviews, resume referrals, and special career events. He/she will also be responsible for job matching between the MSME's employment opportunities and the participant's job opportunities.
