Center Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Center Supervisor to lead our academic agenda for vulnerable students at [ Mhamara, Berkayel, Awadeh wadi khaled ]. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, curriculum development, and mentorship programs, ensuring a nurturing and educational environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement academic programs tailored to meet the needs of vulnerable students
Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
Collaborate with community partners to enhance resources available to our students
Monitor student progress and assess program effectiveness
Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field;
Proven experience in educational leadership or supervisory roles
Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by vulnerable student populations
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Passion for creating positive change in the lives of students
Good skills in Computer
