Human Ressources Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and manage HR files:
  2. Review and categorize existing employee files across all locations.
  3. Implement a standardized filing system for easy access and retrieval of information.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee database.
  5. Performance Evaluation System:
  6. Review and evaluate the current performance evaluation system for effectiveness.
  7. Develop and implement a new performance evaluation system aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
  8. Train managers on the new performance evaluation system
  9. Conduct performance evaluations for all employees
  10. Provide feedback and coaching to employees based on their performance evaluations
  11. HR Administration:
  12. Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers.
  13. Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations with stakeholders.
  14. Project Management:
  15. Develop and implement a project plan for the HR file and performance evaluation system.
  16. Track and report on project progress to the Administration

Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably within an NGO or non-profit setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel to all six office locations.
  • Passion for the Good Shepherd Sisters’ mission and values.
