Junior Digital Skills Trainer (Youth Worker)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the digital training team to create targeted curricula that address the specific needs of varied beneficiaries in terms of digital skills.
  • Execute digital training sessions during life skills workshops, either as a leader or in collaboration with the digital training staff.
  • Show flexibility by adjusting schedules to match the different hours of digital workshops held throughout Lebanon.
  • Take a proactive approach to skill development in the digital domain.
  • Contribute to detailed reporting on training events to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English allows for successful communication with various audiences.
  • Extensive knowledge of various digital tools and platforms.
  • Enrollment in a university programme or recent graduate, following the "Youth Worker" policy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with the life skills team, resulting in collaborative success.
  • A team-oriented mindset helps to create a peaceful and productive work environment.
  • Possess a strong awareness of current digital trends, demonstrating innate familiarity with the digital environment.
