Job Title: 2D-3D Interior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

As a 2D-3D Interior Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting our interior design team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting the lead senior designer in compiling design tasks and creating detailed plans and visual representations. You will collaborate closely with the design team to ensure that projects align with design specifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Task Compilation: Assist the lead senior designer in compiling design tasks, including 2D and 3D drawings, material selections, and space planning.
2. 2D and 3D Modeling: Create 2D drawings and 3D models using design software under the guidance of the lead senior designer, accurately representing spatial layouts and design elements.
3. Material Selection: Collaborate on the selection of appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
4. Space Planning: Support the development of interior layouts, optimizing space utilization and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
5. Visualization: Assist in generating photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs as directed by the lead senior designer.
6. Documentation: Work on detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications, under the guidance of the lead senior designer.
7. Client Presentation Support: Collaborate with the lead senior designer in the preparation of client presentations. This includes creating sketches, mood boards, furniture samples, swatch samples, 3D renders, and detailed technical descriptions to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
9. Quality Assurance: Ensure that designs meet quality standards and are delivered within project timelines as guided by the lead senior designer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating 2D and 3D interior design drawings and renderings.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Extensive experience in the usage of Adobe software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent spatial and visual awareness.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Creativity and a passion for innovative design solutions.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn the usage of AI design generation software.

Work Conditions:

• Part-time position with the option to choose between the following shifts:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM
  • Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM
• Office location: Sin El Fil

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary starting $700, inclusive of transportation.
