Karama revolves on developing the Beqaa society in general and the Baalbek society especially, by empowering youth and adults through building skills and knowledge as well as enhancing volunteerism, supporting most vulnerable people, improving the education sector in Lebanon mainly in Beqaa, implementing sustainable developmental projects and decreasing the percentage of unemployment.
