Trainer

The Committee of Employee of Women Union (CEWU) is looking for an innovative trainer workshop for Farmers and citizens in Akkar Al-Atika through HawkaMaa-EU project who need more training in agriculture and water sector. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that farmers and citizens receive training to prepare them for their role in participating and benefit from the project throughout the implementation.

Trainer Requirements and responsibilities:

• Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify gaps in skills.

• Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of training.
• Excellent organizational skills.
