Facilitator for Water and Sanitation Project

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals from Khreibet El Jundi and Kroum Arab to join our team as facilitators for our Water and Sanitation Project in Akkar. The facilitators will play a crucial role in implementing awareness and advocacy activities related to water, sanitation, and hygiene in the target communities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting awareness sessions: Facilitators will be responsible for organizing and conducting awareness sessions on water conservation, hygiene practices, and sanitation measures in collaboration with the project team and local stakeholders.
2. Engaging with community members: Facilitators will engage with community members, including children, youth, women, men, and elders, to raise awareness about the importance of clean water, proper sanitation, and hygiene practices through various activities such as workshops, discussions, and interactive sessions.
3. Distributing information materials: Facilitators will distribute information materials, including flyers, posters, and educational resources, to households, schools, and community centers to disseminate key messages about water and sanitation.
4. Supporting advocacy campaigns: Facilitators will support advocacy campaigns related to water and sanitation issues by participating in community events, organizing public awareness campaigns, and mobilizing community members to take action.
5. Monitoring and reporting: Facilitators will monitor the implementation of awareness activities, collect feedback from community members, and prepare regular progress reports to document the impact of the project.
