Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic language
Experience in customer service or a similar field
Bachelor's degree
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software programs
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues
The ability to work well in a team environment
Work Schedule:
Monday till friday: 1:00 PM till 10:00 PM
Saturday half Day: 6:00 PM till 10:00 PM
