Senior Health Program Professional

Qualifications Required:

- PhD in Public Health, Health System, or related field with a focus on health systems.
- At least 15 years of experience in program management across multiple countries.
- Background in international development, with a preference for experience in humanitarian settings.
- In-depth understanding of global issues affecting vulnerable populations and expertise in developing programs for underserved communities.
- Proven track record in program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective partnership and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with proficiency in French considered an advantage.
- Extensive experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated capability in team leadership and performance assessment.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and donor reporting is desirable.
