3173136 I WVL I Call for Tender - Construction of Storm Water Canal

WVL intends to award a contract that seeks the services of a professional contractor to execute a reinforced  concrete storm water canal of 500 meters length (internal size 120cm*125cm) in Semakieh- Akkar, to cast concrete cross culverts underneath existing road as per the mentioned quantities in the BoQ and to clean the canal and execute survey works prior casting.

All National Companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to WV Lebanon Procurement email address Lbn_Procurement@wvi.org, to receive the Tender Documentation.

Letter of Interest should include following information:

Deadline for the submission of Letter of Interest is March 28, 2024 03:00 PM Lebanon Time since the deadline of Submission offers is April 08 ,2024.

Please note:

• Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
• Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender.

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by March 21 ,2024  since the deadline of offers submission via online system is April 08, 2024, 8:00PM Tender documents will include detailed BOQs and TOR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.

Payments will be made via fresh money transfer.

The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges for an approximate amount of $45 for any sum below $10,000 and $95 for any sum above $10,000 which will be deducted directly from each transfer.

In case the Contractor is not registered with Ministry of Finance, a deduction of 8.5 % should always be considered.
