The admin intern will be going through a learning experience and mentoring to be introduced to the finance ad HR department at Solidarites International operating in Lebanon.
The intern will be involved in:
- Assist in Financial Transactions: Support the processing of payments, invoices, and other financial transactions in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Issue vouchers and finalize the archiving process of the finance department.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and training records, in compliance with data protection regulations and ensure the HR files at base level are complete.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Ensure confidentiality of all HR and Finance information.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by your supervisor.
PROFILE NEEDED
Studies: Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/HR is highly desirable
Experience: No experience is needed
Language: English
IT: Good computer/Excel skills
Qualification:
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload independently, using initiative when appropriate.
- Detail oriented.
- Fast Learner.
