Field Assistant

LOST is seeking to recruit a Field Assistant to support in MCC project. 

Duties and responsibilities:

•  Plan and execute field activities in collaboration with the team.
• Coordinate and deliver services to beneficiaries effectively.
• Facilitate community meetings and workshops.
• Conduct outreach to beneficiaries based on selection criteria.
• Ensure document control by completing and signing all forms and templates correctly.
• Archive documents and submit them to the field officer monthly.
• Collect and compile accurate data, maintaining detailed records.
• Assist in preparing reports on field activities and project outcomes.
• Monitor the progress of field activities against project goals and objectives.
• Identify and report any challenges or issues encountered in the field.
• Participate in evaluations and assessments of program impact.
• Provide logistical support for field visits and other activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of field expenses and ensure timely submission of financial documents.
• Support the preparation and distribution of communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members and local stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and insights from community members to inform program improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Science any other related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the related field
• Being proficient in English, and Arabic in both written and oral skills
