Mada Association is launching an invitation to bid: Seeds, seedlings, and inputs for Agroecology demonstration plots - Ref: RFQ-GFFO2024TRI19 under the GFFO-funded project ‘Strengthening local climate-sensitive and universal WASH capacities using and disseminating the Green Humanitarian Aid approach, implemented by Mada Association in partnership with arche noVa.
Mada Association intends to select only registered companies/Suppliers for Seeds, seedlings, and inputs for Agroecology demonstration plots.
Disclaimer: F1 seeds are being requested as opposed to heirloom as these are for farmers beginning the gradual transition to agroecology, and to ensure a smooth and successful transition, heirlooms are introduced gradually and not all at once.

Submission of Bids will be by Email to: Procurement@mada.org.lb before June 05, 2024, at 16:00.
Kindly note: RFQ form should be filled, signed, and stamped, The Company registration document, Annex 1, ID of the representative should be attached to The RFQ.
In case of any missing document and non-compliance to the application rules of the Quotation, the application will directly be considered as excluded.
