Enumerator-South

The main purpose of an Enumerator is to support the M&E team in data collection.

Responsibilities:

  1. The volunteer will be responsible for calling NRC beneficiaries daily. A certain target needs to be reached.
  2. he/she will be responsible for filling out electronic assessments (using the KOBO platform).
  3. The information needs to be collected with proficiency & recorded with high accuracy.
  4. He/she will be responsible for following the M&E standard procedures for data collection.
  5. He/she needs to be debriefing the M&E team on any challenges they face daily.
  6. he/she will be responsible for taking notes during FGDs for any related project
  7. He/she will be responsible for participating in field assessments.

Qualifications and Relevant Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, humanities, quantitative/qualitative research methods, or related field.
  • Previous work experience in data collection (in Arabic) as part of a research team – preferably in social work, non-government, and/or outreach organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
