GBV trainer

DAA will hire a GBV expert to conduct a 4 days capacity building training on gender, gender sensitive approaches, international human rights conventions, the international conventions ratified by Lebanon, rights of persons deprived of liberty based on human rights conventions, guidelines and standard rules of conduct for the treatment of female prisoners in service provision and human rights standards in a context free from stigma and discrimination, and non-violent communication. The expert will train ISF personnel involved in the prison context using designed tools to address the needs of imprisoned women, by adopting a gender sensitive approach in service provision.

the trainer will be responsibe for the following deliverable: 

  • Develop the training content
  • Conduct the training sessions
  • Design the training materials and tools
  • Develop the pre and post tests and evaluation forms
  • Issue the training report 
  • Participate in the evaluation meeting with the project staff
