* Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries.
* Monitor payments and invoices to ensure they pass budget audits.
* Manage inventory levels to meet demands.
* Oversee warehousing and storage, ensuring safety and security.
* Assist in preparing monthly project requirement requests.
* Perform other operational and financial management tasks as directed by the Financial Officer.
* Discuss any activity changes with the Project Manager.
* Maintain flexibility to respond to evolving situations.
* Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics.
