Duties & responsibilities
 Conduct thorough case studies and interviews with individuals and families to
assess their needs, challenges, and strengths.
 Organize and facilitate focus group discussions to gather community insights and
identify common issues affecting them.
 Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate the social, emotional, and
economic needs of beneficiaries and communities.
 Provide direct psychosocial support to individuals and groups, helping them cope
with emotional and psychological challenges.
 Work in various locations across Lebanon, adapting to different environments and
cultural contexts.
 Attend meetings and maintain detailed records of field activities. The report
identified needs or problems to the coordinator promptly.
 Collaborate with other team members, stakeholders, and community partners to
develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
 Advocate for individuals and communities to ensure they receive the necessary
support and services.
 Assess beneficiary’s needs identified during daily activities and make appropriate
service referrals.
 Any other tasks may be assigned
