LOST is looking to hire a dynamic Marketing Officer who excels in communication and possesses a strong talent for crafting and executing marketing strategies. This role involves not only contributing to existing marketing, branding, and advertising efforts but also playing a key role in developing new initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and significant experience across various marketing functions, including communications, digital marketing, advertising, branding, and social media. Success in this role requires a highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Marketing Officer Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to identify and target key audiences.
- Plan and execute promotional activities that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Organize and disseminate financial and statistical information relevant to campaigns.
- Oversee and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Assess the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on trends and statistics across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Marketing Officer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong expertise in market research and data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in developing strategies based on research insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
