We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PSS Trainer to develop and deliver psychosocial support sessions for migrants. The trainer will be responsible for preparing a curriculum that includes activities to ensure participant engagement and comprehension, creating a professional and supportive learning environment, and contributing to the program through testing, reporting, and training participation.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:* Prepare and implement a psychosocial support (PSS) curriculum tailored to the needs of migrants, incorporating activities that promote mental and emotional well-being and ensure understanding and participation.
- Session Management:* Facilitate a professional and supportive environment during PSS sessions, ensuring all participants are engaged and feel supported.
- Pre- and Post-Testing:* Develop and administer pre- and post-tests to evaluate participants' understanding and progress at the start and end of each session cycle. Adjust the curriculum as needed based on test results.
- Monthly Reporting:* Write and submit monthly reports detailing session progress, participant feedback, testing results, and any challenges encountered.
- Training Attendance:* Attend training sessions as required to enhance facilitation techniques and stay updated on best practices in psychosocial support.
- Attendance Management:* Ensure attendance is accurately recorded for each session, and follow up with absent participants as needed. Ensure all materials and settings are well-organized and conducive to a supportive environment.
Working hours: 1:30 minutes each Tuesday from each month in Achrafieh center.
1:30 minutes each Sunday from each month in Cheyeh center.
Salary : 100 USD Per month ( 4 sessions Per Month / 25 USD Per session )
