M&E Environment Enablement
- Designs a M&E framework and plans for the overall project, sets up a system for qualitative and quantitative data collection and leads the implementation
- Designs and implements M&E processes and SOPs
- Collaborates with PHCCs Administrators to ensure that project’s indicators are tracked through regular field visits
- Supports LAKM management in their dialogue with key donors to ensure that M&E activities are meaningful and achievable
- Provides weekly, monthly, quarterly, semestrial, and yearly reports overseeing preventive plan and strategical decisions in addition to reports showing progress on different levels through different periods of time
Capacity Building
- Provides regular training and facilitates sessions aiming at enhancing staff awareness on M&E approach, concepts, methodologies, and capacity building in using data collection and reporting tools
- Designs and leads M&E training programs based on project framework
- Supervises and mentors M&E Officers to enhance capability
Management Information Systems
- Designs and generates dashboards for tracking indicators
- Documents lessons learned on the project with a specific focus on results, impact, and outcomes
- Collaborates with the IT department to systemize new data collection modules and to set up a data-sharing platform (OneDrive, Dropbox, …etc.)
Technical Support
- Implements data analysis and interpretation methods including descriptive and/or inferential statistics, and health analyses of medical KPIs
- Collaborates with the Program Managers to review and gives technical feedback on budgetary strategies and allocations during implementation periods
- Develops possible indicators to measure the impact of the medical services project
- Provides leadership, guidance, and support to the M&E unit and other project staff who are keen to develop more strategic approaches to improving M&E within their programs
- Compiles news and produces conservation communication materials to promote the Organization’s mission and vision, in liaison with the Communications Manager
People Management
- Identifies M&E recruitment needs, participates to interviews in line with LAKM approach and on boards newcomers ensuring a smooth integration
- Aligns monitoring and evaluation team objectives and expectations with organization’s needs, monitors execution and assesses overall performance
- Identifies training needs, coaches people, and supports them in their development
Qualifications:
Knowledge of major monitoring and evaluation methodologies including logical models, conceptual frameworks, and assessment/evaluation
Proven planning and organization skills
Listening and communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality reports
Ability to manage pressure and multiple conflicting deadlines
Teamwork and collaboration skills involving multiple parties and encouraging feedback
Driving results through a high sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to overcome obstacles
Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
Ability to build capacity across the board and mentor staff
Ability to conduct field visits on regular basis and upon needs
Ability to implement adequate tools to monitor projects
