How to Apply
Please confirm your interest to participate in the tender through email to procurement@sarc-sy.org. Any enquiries regarding the tenders should be addressed to procurement@sarc-sy.org addresses by 06th of October. 2024. Responses to the enquiries will be circulated to all bidders who will have confirmed their interest to participate.
Tender package for participants who confirmed their interest to participate in the tender can be requested by sending an email to procurement@sarc-sy.org with the subject: SARC Tender Notice 124/24_ Supplying canned food parcels tender. during working days and hours (from the days: Sunday to Thursday - Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Syria Time)).
Taking into consideration that offers from entities that did not confirm their interest for participation in the tender and didn’t request tender package will not be eligible to submit offers.
Deadline for submission of offer has been extended until Sunday 13th of October 2024, 14:00 (Damascus Local Time)
Offers should be submitted in English or Arabic language; in sealed envelopes, to the address mentioned in the tender documents.
SARC reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer and acceptance of offer will not only depend on lowest quotation.
