Given the escalation of armed conflict in Southern Lebanon, SHEILD is prioritizing preparedness efforts to ensure a rapid response to emerging needs. The project is designed to strengthen emergency response and evacuation capabilities in the Tyre district by providing a fire ladder truck for the Tyre Civil Defence Centre. This initiative addresses the critical need for a dedicated fire ladder truck in Tyre, enabling quicker emergency responses, more efficient evacuations, and significantly enhancing safety during its use.
