Export Unit Coordinator (Intern)

This role involves identifying and recruiting individuals and organizations that provide services for market access and market readiness. These services include branding, labeling, quality control, certifications, packaging, e-commerce, training and business services, legal, accounting and auditing, shipping, logistics, and delivery. The intern will conduct due diligence, collect and upload information to the platform, and ensure regular updates to maintain current and accurate data.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the export facilitation platform.
Ensure the platform is user-friendly and functions effectively.
Regularly update the platform with new information and profiles.

Research and Recruitment:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential individuals and organizations that offer market access and readiness services.
Reach out to experts, branding agencies, quality control firms, certification bodies, e-commerce platforms, legal advisors, accountants, auditors, shipping and logistics companies, and other relevant entities.
Invite identified profiles to join the platform.

Due Diligence:
Perform due diligence on potential platform members to ensure they meet the necessary criteria.
Verify the credibility, experience, and reliability of these entities.

Data Collection and Upload:
Collect detailed information from recruited entities
Upload and organize their profiles and data onto the platform
Maintain a high level of accuracy and completeness in all uploaded information

Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with platform members
Serve as a point of contact for any inquiries or issues related to the platform

Quality Assurance:
Monitor and ensure the quality and integrity of the data on the platform
Implement feedback from users to improve the platform’s functionality and content

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments
Coordinate with external stakeholders to enhance the platform's offerings

Reporting:
Provide regular reports on platform activities, user engagement, and new profiles added
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
