Activity Implementation

• Organize and facilitate recreational activities, including sports, games, art, music, and drama, that contribute to children's emotional well-being and resilience.
• Implement structured educational activities, such as literacy and numeracy games, creative learning sessions, and storytelling, to promote continuous learning and engagement during displacement.
• Tailor activities to meet the needs of different age groups (3-5 years, 6-12 years, and 13-18 years) ensuring inclusivity for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.

Child Engagement

• Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable participating in activities.
• Encourage participation, teamwork, and respect for others during group activities, ensuring the inclusion of all children regardless of gender, background, or ability.
• Develop rapport with children and identify any psychosocial or emotional needs that may require referral to specialized services.

Coordination and Collaboration

• Collaborate with other animators, education, and child protection team members to ensure activities are well-coordinated and address the diverse needs of children.
• Liaise with caregivers and community leaders to promote attendance and engagement in the activities.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of the activities based on feedback from children and other team members.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Track attendance in the activities to monitor children's engagement.
• Regularly assess the impact of the activities on children's emotional and educational development.
• Report any concerns regarding children's safety or well-being to the Child Protection team and follow up as necessary.
• Provide weekly activity reports to the Senior Technical Officer, including successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
