Pool of Specialized Nurses ( ER, ICU, OT, and Anaesthesia)

We are currently looking to gather a pool of registered nurses with expertise in the following specialties: Anaesthesia, Operating Theatre (OT), Emergency Room (ER), and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) who are committed to delivering high-quality medical care and improving patient health outcomes.

Main Purpose: To provide comprehensive nursing care, treatment, and follow-up for patients, adhering to doctors’ prescriptions, established protocols, and universal hygiene standards to ensure quality and continuity of care.

Accountabilities:

• Promote and implement universal hygiene standards, bio-hazard prevention, and infection control measures.
• Organize and deliver care and treatments according to medical prescriptions, assisting during consultations and procedures.
• Participate in health education for patients and families.
• Identify and refer victims of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence to appropriate medical teams.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of patients, especially those with limited autonomy.
• Conduct triage in ER and OPD settings, providing first aid when necessary.
• Manage and maintain accurate patient records.
• Conduct admission, monitoring, and follow-up of patients, identifying any emergencies or deteriorations in health.
• Maintain inventory control of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on biomedical equipment.
• Supervise and train nursing assistants and support staff, fostering teamwork and compliance with protocols.

Education:

• Bs in Nursing or Technical Diploma (LT = license technique and accomplishment of 3 years minimum education)
• MoPH’s license to practice in Lebanon
• Certificate of registration at the Order of Nurses in Lebanon

Experience:

• Required minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
