MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring & Evaluation Duties:

  • Develop and refine Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tools for Embrace’s ongoing projects and activities.
  • Identify relevant data sources, automate data collection processes, and manage both structured and unstructured data.
  • Lead the creation of coding frameworks to automate data management and analysis processes.
  • Ensure quality oversight of data collection, verifying completeness, accuracy, robustness, and timely reporting.
  • Support the presentation of findings, conclusions, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain an end-to-end data pipeline to monitor, connect, and transform data, aligning it with the required format and schema.
  • Produce data reports and M&E reports for indicators, tailored to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, donors, the MOPH, and other relevant parties.
  • Generate data reports for presentations, communication materials, or other relevant purposes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation or data management roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, data collection, and data mapping.
  • Proficient in using statistical software (e.g., Python, SQL, SPSS, Stata, or R) for data analysis and reporting.
