Job Description:
• Identifying instances of protection concerns
• Arranging referrals and monitoring follow-up cases
• Managing cases effectively
• Specialized experience in Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)
• Conducting Psycho-Social Support (PSS) sessions
• Collaborating with higher management to gain a comprehensive understanding of protection issues and requirements
• Compiling regular reports, including monthly activity reports, monthly information sheets, and any other reports designated by the center's coordinator
• Summarizing the outcomes of each completed activity
• Actively participating in staff meetings
• Engaging in workshops and coordination meetings aimed at enhancing professional knowledge and skills related to assigned duties
• Mobilizing community support and involvement in various community-based initiatives
• Undertaking any other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Sociology or any other related field
- Availability of own car
- Two to three years of experience
- English and Arabic language skills are a must
- Experience in Microsoft office is a must
- A clean Criminal Record Statement is a must
- Lebanon
