JOB SUMMARY
This role provides general HR support ranging from recruitment, HR administration, HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), learning and Development, payroll, performance management among others in a country mission as directed.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the HR Officer in the recruitment including scheduling interviews and participating in interviews as needed
- Assist HR Officer during induction process and maintain an induction database.
- Administrative support including drafting employment contract, work certificates, process work permits and liaising with authorities;
- Assist staffs for MAST (Staff learning & development and organizing) trainings;
- Coordinating staff on-boarding and off-boarding;
- Assist HR Officer in Payroll processing, answering queries, managing benefits;
- Assistant HR management in monitoring and upgrading the Human Resources system as required;
- Assist the HR Officer with maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation including periodic audit.
- Ensure all timesheets are submitted online through the system of record by timesheet deadline
- Coordinate corrective action on incomplete or incorrect timesheet with department supervisors and Human Resources
- Assist with some administrative matters, if needed, such as residency permit, visa, lodging, coordinating schedules for office and guesthouse cleaning and follow-up on replenishment of supplies
- Follow-up on visa for international members and support them with visa applications
- Support the team and staff for any HR related issue when requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in a related area. A degree in HR management is preferable. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- Typically, 2+ years’ experience in HR support
- Experience in working on HR system of record (Experience Deltek CostPoint is a plus)
- Previous experience with International Medical Corps is a plus
- Knowledgeable in the local labor laws
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, perseverance, proactive, self-motivated and ability to work in stressful environment
- Ability to take initiative, and willingness to take on new responsibilities
- High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast- paced environment with shifting priorities
- Capacity to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to select and compile data for correspondence or reports
- Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
- Fluency in English and or required national language
- Competency in computer applications such as Microsoft office
