- Regularly patrol and monitor activities on Restart’s premises to ensure a safe environment.
- Manage the entrance and departure of employees, beneficiaries, visitors, and vehicles according to protocols.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Respond promptly to security breaches, incidents, and alarms, and provide assistance during emergencies.
- Prepare detailed reports of any incidents that occur, including observations, information, and surveillance activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Restart’s policies to maintain the organization’s reputation.
- Control and manage crowds during events to ensure safety and order.
- Direct vehicles and manage traffic to ensure smooth flow and safety.
- Adhere to Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policies and practices, ensuring a safe environment for all personnel and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, Restart’s policies, and Restart's Code of Conduct to maintain stability and reputation.
