Work Title: Provision, maintenance and installation of drip irrigation systems
Scope of work
arche noVa – Initiative for People in Need invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit their bids for the provision of supplies for drip irrigation systems, including:
- Supply and delivery of irrigation materials;
- Maintenance and repair of existing systems;
- Design and installation of new irrigation systems at specified project locations in North Lebanon and Akkar.

Submission Requirements:
- Technical Proposal: Submit a detailed technical proposal as outlined in the tender dossier.
- Financial Proposal: Provide a comprehensive financial offer, sealed separately.
- Submit the two proposals in sealed and labeled envelopes, placed in a single outer envelope addressed to:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Companies must be duly registered in Lebanon with valid legal and tax documentation, including :
- Certified copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate:Company registration issued by the Commercial Register and by court (إذاعة تجارية – اشهادة مؤسسة - طلب المحكمة), valid for at least one year.
- Certified copy of VAT registration certificate.
- Certified copy of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture registration certificate (valid for at least one year).
Attendance at the Clarification Meeting on 7th January 2025 is mandatory.
