Administrative Support Officer

Scope of Work

The Administrative Support Officer will be responsible for:

    1. Administrative Support
    • Manage project documentation, including organizing, filing, and archiving important project records.
    • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
    • Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

3.2 Coordination and Liaison

    • Coordinate with Green Hand team members, and GIZ team to facilitate project activities.
    • Support the organization and coordination of project meetings, trainings, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to the FARHA Module.

3.3 Financial and Procurement Assistance

    • Assist in monitoring project expenses and preparing financial documentation under the guidance of the Project Coordinator.
    • Support procurement processes, including collecting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
    1. Monitoring and Reporting
    • Assist in tracking project progress, documenting milestones, and compiling data for monthly quantitative reports and quarterly narrative reports.
    • Conduct regular follow-up on project activities and maintain updated records for monitoring and evaluation.
