OV Assistant-Bekaa Areaa (Barelias-Ghazze-Baalbeck-Arsal)

  • Volunteer Monitoring & Support:
    • Actively monitor volunteer outreach activities and provide regular feedback and coaching.
    • Conduct daily check-ins with volunteers to answer questions, address challenges, and provide ongoing support.
    • Ensure volunteers adhere to organizational policies, including child protection, PSEA, and the code of conduct.
    • Monitor volunteer adherence to project plans, goals, principles, and schedules.
    • Provide regular updates on volunteer performance and progress to the Volunteer Coordinator.
  • Volunteer Capacity Building:
    • Deliver trainings to volunteers based on existing curriculums and manual trainings covering relevant topics such as safe identification and referrals, communication, facilitation, conflict resolution skills. 
    • Support the OVs coordinator in facilitating relevant trainings.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Ensure volunteers utilize existing Kobo reporting tools accurately and consistently.
    • Assist the OV coordinator with data entry, data analysis and cleaning as needed.
  • Operational Support:
    • Support the Volunteer Coordinator in daily tasks, such as scheduling, communication, and logistics.
    • Assist the Volunteer Coordinator in monitoring referrals, ensuring they are appropriately documented and referred according to the established pathway.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of volunteer management systems and processes.
