M&E Officer

The Food Heritage Foundation is seeking to recruit a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant with an extensive experience in data management.

Scope of Work 

The Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant will be primarily responsible of the following activities:

• Support in development of M&E tools 
• Provide a software to track impact of the marketing activities/channels (4 channels) 
• Train the relevant members on the usage of the software and ensure it is fully operational 
• Support in data collection and record keeping 
• Identify and report risks and recommend mitigation measures 
• Relocate or face a longer commute as and when required
• Develop projects-related narrative reports 
• Close communication is ensured with the M&E unit

Essential Minimum Qualifications 

• Advanced university degree in management, agriculture engineering or relevant fields 
• Minimum 3 years of previous work experience in M&E 
• Strong experience in data management and usage of relevant software
• Strong organizational skills, including time-management and multitasking 
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills 
• Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English languages
• Excellent reporting skills
