Admin and Finance Officer

Tasks include:

  • Manage budgeting, cash flow, and donor compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports and coordinate audits.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, donor requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Provide strategic advice on resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensure procurement compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.
  • Handle all recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and employment contracts, in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Maintain updated personnel records and oversee payroll processing.
