MN2025-001 -Framework Agreement for Accommodation, Meeting Venue and Other services

The Norwegian Red Cross is looking to establish a Framework Agreement for a two-year period with 4-star minimum Hotels located in the Achrafieh or Hazmieh area, to provide accommodation, meeting venues, and other related services.

How to Apply

The following instructions are important and must be adhered to carefully. Failure to follow the instructions may lead to disqualification.

The “TECHNICAL & ADMINSTRATIVE OFFER” and “FINANCIAL OFFER” Shall be submitted in separate emails.

  1. The email containing the “Technical & Administrative Offer” shall have the subject: MN2025-001 Technical & Administrative Offer.

The Offer shall be submitted with the following attachments:

  3. Annex 2 Amenities and other provisions - to be filled in and submitted with your offer
  4. Annex 4 Supplier Registration Form - to be filled in and submitted with your offer
  5. Certificate of Registration (Commercial Registry – Commercial Circular)
  6. Hotel Classification Letter from the ministry of Tourism
  7. Hotel Profile

 

  1. The email containing the “Financial Proposal” Shall have the subject below: MN2025-001 – Financial Proposal.

The proposal shall be submitted with the following attachments:

  1. Annex 3: Pricing template – to be filled in and submitted with your offer
