Health Facilities Supervision
Work closely with the PHCC staff to develop Quality Improvement Plans based on the needs and requirements of the center.
Improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the PHCC in alignment with MOPH SOPs, developing and implementing the right system to check and reinforce accurate documentation for effective and efficient implementation of the project.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality improvement processes at the PHCC and Hospital, including monitoring and following up on corrective action plans as needed. The Quality Control Officer will also evaluate patient satisfaction survey results and address patient complaints, providing recommendations for corrective measures and improvement strategies.
Engage directly with staff at the PHCC and Hospital to review clinical guidelines and protocols in accordance with MOPH and international standards. Ensure compliance with the SOPs to minimize risk areas or gaps in the implementation procedures, regularly monitoring progress.
Regularly monitor the progress of the PHCC and Hospital towards achieving improvement action plans, supporting them to meet quality indicators.
Complete a Performance-Based Financing (PBF) scoresheet and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) for the PHCC on a quarterly basis.
Prepare Purchase Requests in reference to the PBF scores for the PHCC on a quarterly basis.
Conduct weekly field visits with the RI health team to the PHCC and Hospital.
Complete the MOPH’s quality checklist every 6 months on PHENICS and the priority checklist as needed.
Provide on-the-job training to staff at the PHCC and Hospital to fill the gaps identified in the quality improvement plan.
Participate with RI’s health team in assessing new health facilities in Bekaa and identifying potential PHCCs for support.

Reports any concerns
Coordination and Reporting
Follow up on the daily implementation of the project activities and report any challenges to the Health Program Coordinator.
Coordinate internally with Supply Chain and Operation, Finance, MEAL and Safeguarding and accountability departments.
Coordinate with the Nutrition Coordinator and Mental Health colleagues to ensure necessary capacity building is delivered to RI’s team and referral process is error-free.
Perform any other task related to the LHF project when requested by the Program Coordinator.
The Job holder should ensure that any gaps, delays and concerns regarding implementation are directly reported to the program coordinator to identify corrective actions accordingly.
