Call for Tenders - Food Products

Participation requirements: Applicants must demonstrate their ability to supply the requested food products and they provide the following documents:

  • A copy of the company’s certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce.
  • A current copy of the business license.
  • A current copy of the MOF Registration of the company.
  • Submit a sample or voided invoice and receipt from the company.
  • A copy of a valid identification document of the company's representative.
  • Suppliers agree to receive payment by bank transfer.

Selection criteria: Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Price.
  • Product quality and available quantity.
  • Delivery conditions.
  • Delivery timeline.
  • Safeguarding standards.
