Purchase a Mobile Clinic

The Popular Aid for Relief and Development (PARD) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to make an offer for the provision of a reproductive/OBGYN mobile clinic.

The mobile clinic should meet the following specifications or similar:

Engine:

• 4 Cylinders
• Fuel: Petrol Engine 
• 2.0 L Or above 
• At least 5 automatic or manual transmission 
• Power steering 
• Zero to 30 test kilometers 

Body:

• Caravan or Bus Shape / high roof type, that fits to a mobile clinic
• Model year: 2010 and above, can be used
• Color: preferably white
• Cargo Area Height: At least 1600 mm
• Opening Height and width: At least 1500 mm
• Cargo Area Width: At least 1700mm
• Cargo Area Depth: At least 3000mm
• Cargo Volume: At least 8m2
• Overall Length: Minimum 5000mm - Max 6000mm
• Overall width: Minimum 1800mm - Max 2200mm
• Overall Height: Minimum 2000mm - Max 2500mm
• Fuel Tank Capacity : At least 60L
• Wheels: 4 wheels
• Right side sliding door with sliding windows
• One rear door with window or 2 wing doors
• Patient enters in through the side door, easy access is needed
• All side and rear windows to be glazed (frosted)

Safety:

• ABS and Brakes Assist
• SRS airbags for driver and front seat passenger
• Large mirrors on driver and passengers sides
• Seat belts for driver and front seat passenger(s)
• Seat belts for passengers in rear compartment (bench)

Note: all material of the furniture shall be laminated for hygiene purposes, easy cleaning and disinfection (stainless steel, plastic, aluminum, fibreglass, ceramic)

Examination rear area shall have:

• Isolated floor for the examination compartment made of special treated material

• Floor covered with washable rubber and non slippery material

• Partition between the driver's cab and the examination compartment with sliding window

• Inside walls covered with modular lining made of high grade GRP fiberglass material molded to shape including thermal insulation underneath

• Special fitting for scoop stretcher. Scoop stretcher is not to be provided

• One handle bar (grab rail) fixed internally on roof inside the examination compartment

• One foldable table

• At least one foldable chair

• Bench with leather seat for at least 2 passengers with seat belts

• One fixed table with leather padded surface (bed style) with storage area underneath. Its back section manually adjustable by handgrip arm and paper roll dispenser.

• Overhead storage cabinet with locks and shelves and transparent plexiglass sliding doors

• Equipped with fix water supply system and small washing stainless steel sink

• General electrical supply lighting to illuminate the examination area

• Auxiliary backup battery system

• LED light fitted in rear compartment

• At least 3 Interior lights switches with sockets as power outlets

• At least three led internal roof lights

• At least 2 Roof mounted hooks

• At least one external waterproof electrical plug of 220V

• One Fire extinguisher capacity of 4kg with bracket to the side

• Removable double entrance step

• Air conditioning system including heating in rear compartment, separate than the driver compartment

• One 40 liters refrigerator
