- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service and make sure the team abides to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain records to minimize waste and control costs.
- Procure all food (raw material, beverages, etc.) and non-food products (packaging, operational items, etc.) to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Plan and execute daily tasks, including procurement, scheduling, and task delegation.
- Analyze food costs when applicable and adjust purchasing practices to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Answer phone calls and take client orders.
- Manage the daily transport of dishes and catering supplies while coordinating with the drivers.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve menu offerings and handle any complaints if occurred and resolve it efficiently.
- Be present at the beginning of catering events to oversee setup and ensure items are arranged per client specifications.
