Website Developer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with ISWA’s team to understand the organization’s goals, target audience, and website requirements.

Design a custom, user-friendly website (no templates) aligned with ISWA’s brand identity,

Develop a donation management system to manage donations received through website,

Develop the website while ensuring usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices.

Implement a multi-language system (Arabic and English) with manual translations.

Integrate custom features, ensuring scalability and easy maintenance.

Conduct thorough testing to ensure website security, reliability, and performance.

Provide post-launch support and adjustments as needed.

Potential development of additional services, including an online donation system and orphans management system.                                
Video tutorial on how to use website in collaboration with marketing team

Requirements:

Experience in website design and development (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.

Experience with multi-language website development.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Experience working with NGOs or similar organizations is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development.

Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
