About Seenaryo

Participatory theatre and play can transform an individual’s sense of agency. They gain the power to shape their own narrative and expand what is possible, individually but also through collective action. Working in Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine, Seenaryo uses theatre and play to support people to heal, lead and learn. We co-create performances with under-served communities, train future leaders and transform classrooms through play. Reaching 155,000 children, youth and women since 2015, Seenaryo won the Resilience in Action Award at HundrED 2024, the Arts, Culture & Heritage prize at the 2023 UK Charity Awards and was one of Expo 2020 Dubai’s 120 Global Innovators.

Objectives

Seenaryo is seeking to conduct a Long-Term agreement with a TAXI services company or individual that can provide safe and proper transportation for Seenaryo staff and participants across Lebanon.

Supplier must provide:

1. Trip rates from Seenaryo office in Achrafieh-Sassine Street, Fabrika Building to Beirut and to different areas of Lebanon (By KM)
2. Visit areas: North (Akkar-Halba)  / Bekaa (Zahle)  / Bekaa (Baalbek) / West Bekaa (Joub Jannin) / South (Saida) / South (Sour) / North (Tripoli) /Beirut-Beirut/Mount Lebanon (Chouf) / Mount Lebanon (Keserwan) / Mount Lebanon (Matn)
3. Prices for different vehicle categories: 2x4, 4x4 ,7-seater, 24 passenger bus 
4. Half day Taxi rate (6 to 8 hours trip), additional KM fees
5. Full day Taxi rate (8 to 10 hours trip), additional KM fees
6. Access to online booking system and/or App 

Offers should include:

1. Waiting time lapse (free and charged time)
2. Cancellation fees (state minimum time to cancel)
3. VAT to be reflected in the prices 
4. Estimated time of taxi arrival to Achrafieh-Sassine Street.
