Program Manager - South Lebanon (Nabatiye-al Zahrani Saida)

Manage and plan the implementation of the program in the area of intervention

Evaluate and adapt the program in accordance with its logical framework and guidelines.

Supervise the full program management cycle, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Ensure timely and compliant administration of all activities.

Work closely with technical teams and the Field Teams to meet program objectives.

Conduct regular field visits to assess program quality, monitor progress, and address challenges through collective problem-solving with staff and stakeholders.

Ensure community participation in the program, fostering a supportive environment for feedback and involvement.

Collaborate with other departments and partners for smooth program implementation.

Coordinate with field staff to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Track and manage the program budget, ensuring all expenditures align with the financial plan.

Provide regular financial reports and adjust spending as necessary to stay within budget.

Directly manage and support a team, including setting objectives, monitoring activities, and providing training.

Conduct performance appraisals and manage administrative HR tasks.

Ensure MEAL systems provide adequate feedback for program development.

Collaborate with MEAL staff to ensure accurate data collection and produce lessons learned reports.
