Tailoring trainer

Term of reference & Job description of Tailoring trainer:

- Technical Sewing & Production Skills

- Knowledge of different sewing techniques and machine operation (industrial and domestic)

- Experience in fabric cutting, pattern- making, and tailoring.

- Understanding of textile materials and quality control.

-Ability to train others in sewing skills if the project involves capacity - Building

- Training & Capacity Building

- Experience in designing and delivering sewing training programs.

- familiarity with adult learning methodologies, especially for vulnerble groups.

- Ability to assess trainees' skill levels and adapt training accordingly.
