Role:
As a trainer, you will develop and deliver engaging training programs in life Skills, entrepreneurship, and business skills. You’ll be responsible for equipping learners with essential tools and strategies to succeed in career development, leadership, business growth, and personal transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower learners with critical skills in career coaching, business management, and leadership
- Develop an interactive and innovative content
- Deliver interactive, hands-on training sessions
- Facilitate training in soft skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, financial literacy, design thinking, and entrepreneurship
- Equip individuals with tools to navigate jobs and opportunities and market their projects/businesses effectively
- Guide individuals in resume building, interview preparation, and personal branding
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to enhance entrepreneurship and business skills
- Provide business development recommendations and mentorship to support SMEs and startups
