Field coordinator

Under the overall supervision of the PPM Representative and in close collaboration with Kofi Anan Foundation and Fight for Humanity, the field coordinator will be responsible on the following tasks:

• Field execution, supervision, and follow up of the implementation of the project activities relating to capacity building, workshops, interviews, and conferences
• Conducting interviews on the field as needed
• Organizing the logistics of the activities, including training workshops, meetings, and seminars
• Reporting all data collected to the team
• Documenting all data and paperwork related to project activities
• Preparing activities and follow-up reports
• Liaising and establishing contact with interviewees, participants, relevant partners and stakeholders, including governmental, governorates, NGOs, academia, research centers, trainers, for maximizing the effectiveness of expected results
• Ensuring continuous flow of information between all the stakeholders, and collecting field information
• Providing continuous feedback to the team
• Representing PPM in relevant activities, meetings, seminars, workshops, panels, workshops, committees...

Essential requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to social, law or other relevant fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with NGOs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills              
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Arabic and English
• Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain flexibility and professional approach.
