Job Description:
The Finance Assistant will support financial operations by ensuring accurate record-keeping, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in processing partner payments, invoices, and financial transactions in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
● Maintain accurate financial records of partners, including data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
● Support the preparation of partner’s financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
● Assist in reconciliations of partner payments
● Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for auditing and compliance purposes.
● Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
● Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or accounting is preferred.
● Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
